Oh, man, you're right! I don't know why it didn't bother me as much in Scrubs, though - maybe because with the practice of medicine, I feel like people are going to face the same issues again, and often? - am I making the right choice, how do I tell her/him about this, do I really know anything? Or maybe it's because there are lessons to be learnt that make a lot more sense in a hospital, where you literally come in contact with life and death everyday. (Or maybe I'm just biased. Oops!)
There's nothing like that in Community, though, and it's frustrating. It's not just that it's in its second season and that doing as they've been doing hasn't necessarily been producing great results (although the fans I've seen for this show are ridiculously passionate and loyal) - I think it's affecting the naturalness and tone of the show as a whole, although that's probably because I noticed it and decided to start being annoyed by it. :P
Anyway. I hope they get things on track again soon. They're trying too often to get Money episodes, and while they're fine and fun, I think they should work on build-ups.
