just go right along - you'll start happening, too.
oh, the places you'll go!
Ridiculous amounts of love to everyone who wished me a happy birthday, and then some more to
imprinted_soul,
cold_campbells,
snoorella and
ten_tickled who promised me a shower of rainbow fish because she wished me a happy birthday a day early and then delivered.
You guys are too awesome - for walking around Orchard Road for four hours and having lunch with me and giving me a DVD of shows that I haven't watched in years, for living continents away and still wishing me a happy birthday in three different ways and then writing a list of reasons I'm "awesome" and still proclaiming it's early/not enough, for writing a list of 17 things you hate/love about me and trying to be equally nice and obnoxious, and for drawing me stuff. This year feels nicer already somehow, and maybe it's because I feel like I've got more friends than I've ever had. ♥
Doesn't watching Falling Slowly in Once feel epic and life-changing? Also - if you haven't heard of kinetic typography, watch this: Who's on First? It's both hilarious and great to watch.
I got the interview for the humanities scholarship I applied for - it's one week away. I'm terrified, of course, because I haven't got a clue what to do for it, but other than that - I'm excited. I like when things happen.
I've had a good day!! Here's hoping for a great year.

do you dare to stay out? do you dare to go in?
how much can you lose? how much can you win?
P.S.: Neil Patrick Harris hosting Saturday Night Live on January 10th? HELL YES, OMG.
