Fantastic write-up! I like that you mentioned the direction, because save for a few moments the camera work just doesn't seem as important as it once was. The documentary feel has kind of gone (though I still love how they shot both Jim and Pam's engagement and the pregnancy accouncement).
I'm glad you mentioned "Christmas Party" in your runners-up, because it's my favourite ♥. It's one of the first episodes I remember watching live on TV. The secret santa thing is a common enough trope, but they use it so well (THE TEAPOT THE TEAPOT THE TEAPOT).
