The WW2 parallels are actually a little bit terrifying, I think, which is why I rather appreciate how low-key they were - I think you can only notice them if you know it or if you look out for it. I guess that didn't help with you, though; I hope it didn't ruin it too much for you!
I actually haven't heard any bad things about Tangled, either!! I'm looking forward to it. Good luck with finding time. :D I think it should be around for a while, though. It's been doign well.
