I stepped out of the bathroom tonight and saw my parents sleeping in front of the TV in the living room and my sister sleeping in bed listening to an audiobook on her iPod. It was only 10:27 by my watch, so it was funny/freaky.

Anyway, congrats, guys; after months of prodding (especially from people in school, too, who have never told me to watch anything), I've finally watched at least two episodes of Gossip Girl. I'm mostly worried that I won't remember a lot of their names, heh. I'm withholding judgment till I'm done with the first disc, but this looks entertaining. and crazy.

Ugh, I feel like I've lost all credibility. I'm going to watch Arrested Development before I go to bed. :P

I HAVE A FEELING I'M IN FOR A LOT MORE. Oh, this show. I can't figure out if I want to forward the really meaner "OH I WILL DESTROY YOU" parts because I feel bad for them all the time, even when I'm annoyed with them - but I know that's not going to go away. I'm probably not cut out for this. :P

sadly yes. I have no idea why even. And I can't stand any of them actually.. Ok maybe only Rufus Humphrey (dan and jenny's dad :P) - rest are all dhandam.

I've never watched Gossip Girl, but counteracting it with Arrested Development? WIN. I approve. :-D

I KNOW. Actually I think part of it may have to do more with his personality than his looks - he's, uh, interesting.

Stay out of it - I tell you as a friend - because you'll probably get sucked in, gah. And of course AD is good for cleaning away movies/shows/other things you're guilty about watching/listening to. :P

I don't think any of the fic I recc'ed were mind-blowing or life-changing of any sort, but I enjoyed them. :D I know there are a few really good ones but I just can't seem to remember them. I'll get back to you on those.

GG - well. I am laughing a little more than I should, and during the wrong parts, and I'm not blown away, but it's entertaining and against my better judgment I've found little things to like about nearly all the characters despite all their flaws. So I guess that means I'll be watching the whole season by the end of the week. Damn it.

I'm twenty-six minutes into the fifth episode right now and I'm already hating Jenny a little more. She turns into a real bitch, doesn't she?

LOL. So you'd prefer if someone was insincere about apologies and/or didn't try extra hard to be nice just to screw up all over again? ...actually I get that.
